Two congressmen from opposite sides of the political aisle joined forces last year to help veterans who want to buy a franchise.
“There are few people more capable of starting small businesses than military men and women who come back from a tour of duty well-disciplined,” said Congressman Aaron Schock, R-Ill. To help veterans start their own small businesses, Schock added, “it makes sense for us to incentivize franchises.”
